Hi, I'm Prof. Graham Pierce, Ph.D. My interest is in examining the science of health and wellness to create practical applications for human well-being. I have spent many years researching in the areas of physiology and behavioral health and I enjoy interpreting studies and conveying their messages in terms of how to use the findings to change behavior to improve each individual's health.

My interest in health stems from an insatiable desire to understand how lifestyle, nutrition, and mental resilience integrate to create health and long-term wellness. I am interested in evidence-based practice to help individuals "positively" self-manage their health (in ways that are meaningful to them).

My goal through writing is to create a space between the research and the practice so that readers can make choices that support their body and mind.
