I am Dr. Benjamin Murphy (Prof. Murphy) Ph.D. and my research involves the science of health and wellbeing. After years of research experience in both physiology and public health, I have the lofty goal of taking these complex ideas and transforming them into tangible information that helps others live healthier, more balanced lifestyles.

My interest in health blossomed from learning how lifestyle, nutrition and mental fortitude all have an impact on health and it all interconnects. I like providing evidence-based recommendations that allow people to have autonomy and agency to make informed decisions towards their body and mind.

With my writing, I see it as a way to motivate the reader to take small and valuable steps towards permanent health. Lasting health is a process and every positive decision counts.
